A running club in Walney is hoping to do its bit to support men's mental health in the local area.
The Furness Trailblazers are working in tandem with Andy's Man Club to put on the event on Friday, May 24 at 6:00pm.

This will start at the Round House Hub and Cafe on Walney Island on Bigger Bank Road.
Whilst the thought of a running club might put people off, the organisers assured potential participants that it would done at a 'comfortable pace' to ensure that as many people as possible can get involved.
The Trailblazers will be wearing Andy's Man Club shirts to promote the charity, which has been operating in Barrow since February this year.
Their motto, that "it's okay to talk", will be driving force of the gentle run on Friday, with club members hoping to strike up conversations with strangers and friends alike.
