The suicide prevention charity opened up a new branch in Barrow at the start of the year in the hope of removing the stigma around the topic.

The club shared the charity's message - that it is okay to talk - on their social media pages and dedicated a section of their matchday programme to the cause.

Holker have become the latest local sports club to share the message in an attempt to reach and influence their male fans.

The likes of Askam ARLC, Barrow Futsal, Roose Pioneers ARLFC and Crooklands Casuals have used their platforms to further promote the local branch of the charity.
