BARROW nursery nurse Laura Rathbone, 27, met the love of her life Daniel Rose, 29, when they both attended university in Wolverhampton to study music. Laura went on to marry her maths teacher beau on Saturday July 30.

Proposal: Daniel played their song on in the candle lit front room, he told Laura how much he loved her and then got down on one knee.

Venue: The Shropshire Golf Centre, Telford.

Theme: A colour scheme of mint green and a nod to the couple's shared love of music.

Bride's Outfit: The Faye dress by Phillipa Grace.

Groomsmen: Daniel McShane, Antony Myles and Daniel Pope. They wore grey three piece suits from Slaters in Birmingham and mint green cravats to match the groom.

Bridesmaids: Kate Rose, Ellie Chater, Bernadette Keating and Emily Cottrill. They wore mint green knee length dresses from Forever Bridal in Birmingham.

Mother and father of the bride: Angela and Martin England.

Grandparents of the bride: Eric and Beryl Porter.

Mother and father of the groom: Sue and Mark Rose.

Flowers: Ivory and lilac Roses with baby's breath by Nigel Whyles Floral Designs, Teford.

Transport: A white Jaguar provided by the father of the groom.

Reception: The Shropshire Golf Centre, Telford.

Table settings: Place settings were vintage vinyl records with name and meal choices included, hand made by the bride and groom.

Favours: Music print boxes, with mint green tissue paper inside. The boxes each held a wooden musical note, a wooden heart inscribed with the names of the bride and groom as well as date of the wedding. There was also a personalised guitar plectrum and a shot of alcohol in a bespoke bottle.

Cake: Made and donated by Laura Nolan from the Nuthouse Bakery, West Midlands.

First Dance: Walking After You - Foo Fighters.

Entertainment: Guests were entertained by acoustic duo Nibbs and Eddy while they enjoyed canapes and later on there was a studio style photo booth and a local DJ who played in to the early hours.

Honeymoon: Two weeks in the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic.
