A CREW extinguished a car on fire at an old industrial site in Barrow.
Firefighters from Barrow were called to Salthouse Mills at approximately 6pm today following reports of a vehicle on fire.
The site has been the scene of many incidents in recent months, with many started deliberately.
Earlier this year a warning was issued about safety at the site, with Barrow fire boss Roger Exley describing the whole site as a "massive fire hazard".
