POLICE have launched an appeal for witnesses after an altercation between two women in a Barrow residential street left one with an eye injury.
The verbal and physical spat between the pair happened in Cedar Road, Barrow, on Tuesday January 24 between 8.15am and 8.30am.
The women, who were driving a black Volvo and a blue Ford Galaxy, stopped their vehicles in the street before engaging in a dispute.
Police are particularly interested in speaking to the male owner of a silver Vauxhall Zafira who may have witnessed this incident.
Anyone with any information is asked to contact police on 101 or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111 quoting log number 34 of the January 24.
