A SEVEN-YEAR-OLD boy has been taken to hospital after being hit by a car while riding a bike in Barrow this afternoon.
Police were called along with paramedics at 3:30pm after the youngster was hit in Greengate Street by a Ford Fusion.
The boy was taken to Furness General Hospital by his mother.
It's believed that the injuries he sustained were not serious.
