A 41-YEAR-OLD man from Barrow admitted to breaching a restraining order by sending nude pictures of himself to his ex-partner.
James Edward Lloyd Bell, of Vulcan Road, Barrow, was prohibited from contacting or approaching Nicola Stevens, his ex-girlfriend of 18 years, after being handed a restraining order in July last year.
Mr Tom Snape, prosecuting, told Furness Magistrates' Court that between December 25 and 28, Bell had visited Miss Stevens at her home address in Napier Street, Barrow, despite being ordered not to do so by the court.
Miss Stevens claims in a written statement that she had recently been in contact with the defendant via Facebook and that he had sent her pictures of his penis as he pleaded for the two of them to get back together.

On Boxing Day, Bell walked into her house in Napier Street after he found that the door was unlocked.
The pair sat in the living room and talked, leading to the defendant saying that he missed Miss Stevens as he tried to put his arm around her, causing her to move away as she felt uncomfortable.
Bell then stopped overnight at Miss Stevens' house.
On December 27, it is alleged that the defendant assaulted Miss Stevens although he denied this charge when he appeared before Furness Magistrates' Court on January 2.
The defendant was subsequently arrested and in an interview with police he initially claimed that he had been with his sister over the Christmas period and not at Miss Stevens' home address.
His sister confirmed that she hadn't seen him for five days leading to Bell branding her a liar.
Bell was denied bail by magistrates and will be remanded in custody.
He will next appear before Furness Magistrates' Court on January 5 where he will be sentenced for the breach of the restraining order and tried for the alleged assault on Miss Stevens.
