Barrow-in-Furness County Court today found a man guilty of breaching his restraining order.
Mark Webb, 38, of Bankside, Dalton-in-Furness, pleaded guilty to breaching a restraining order preventing him from entering Geneva Street, Barrow.
The court heard he entered Geneva Street to deliver a birthday card to his daughter. Webb told the court he had mistaken the order believing it had finished.
This has been the third breach of his order since it was imposed by Furness & District Magistrates back in May 2011.
Webb was ordered to pay the court a fine of £450.
