Island will be presented with the prize having already wrapped up the title ahead of the final round of league matches, although they face a Roose team aiming to spoil the party. A win for Roose could secure fourth place for them and ensure a place in the Top Four competition, although Dalton have their eye on that spot as well.
Dalton head to Askam for their match and if both them and Roose win, they would be level on points and it would go down to points difference to decide which team takes that spot.
Third-placed Walney Central travel to a Hindpool Tigers side aiming to finish the league on a high in the night’s other match.
Although the league is coming to a close, there are still the CJS Knock Out final (September 15), Top Four final (September 22) and Ivor Kelland Cup final (September 29) to come. All of those will be played at Craven Park.
Tonight’s Furness Tile and Flooring League fixtures (All 7pm kick-off): Askam v Dalton, Hindpool Tigers v Walney Central, Roose Pioneers v Barrow Island.
