TOP South Cumbrian motorcylist Tom McHale has taken a heavy fall in the Macau Grand Prix.
The Grange ace, who has just recovered from a heavy fall at the Ulster Grand Prix in August, came off on the notoriously fast Mandarin corner at the China venue
Unconfirmed reports say he sustained head and limb injuries, but did regain conciousness before being taken to hospital. Further unconfirmed reports say he is now stable, concious and under observation.
McHale had been snapped up by the CF racing team based in Portugal and was racing in their colours.
