WOUNDED winger Andy Haworth is back in contention for Barrow AFC's trip to Woking on Saturday.
Haworth missed last weekend's 2-1 win at Welling United after picking up a back injury in the FA Trophy defeat at FC Halifax Town.
Manager Paul Cox has been happy to see the wide midfielder back to fitness in training and hopes to be able to field him for this weekend's clash.
“We've got Andy back, which is a plus point,” said Cox, who has no other injury concerns ahead of the trip to Woking.
“He has trained all week and he will be travelling down with us. If there is no adverse reaction, that will be a real positive.”
Cox is also still in talks over bringing in new faces to Holker Street.
He does not expect anyone to be in place for the weekend, but is confident at least one face will arrival before the January transfer window closes on Monday.
