DALTON face Mirfield Spartans in the Cross Conference play offs at Kelland Park (Kick-Off 2.30pm).
Dalton have lost both of their round robin fixtures so far.
They lost their opening play-off clash, going down 46-20 at Newsome Panthers.
And they followed that with a 16-42 defeat at home to Blackbrook last weekend
Those results mean that Paul Armstrong’s side would need a big win and for Newsome Panthers to lose heavily at Blackbrook to qualify for the quarter-finals with the eventual winners of the play offs final being admitted to Division One of the National League.
Barrow Island’s game at Thornhill has been called off.
Millom are playing in the Shield and they travel to Drillington who they defeated 40-18 at Devonshire Road last weekend.
Coach Brad Crellin will go with only 14 players due to a number of the squad being ruled out for various reasons, including key players Andrew Dawson, and Kyle and Jackson Evans.
