Hawcoat Park are back on home turf tomorrow in Cumbria Division One as they take on Carlisle Crusaders.

Last week saw the Maroon and Whites lose 44-19 to a well-drilled Egremont side after being in the lead and loosing key players to injury during the second half.

More changes are afoot for the squad, starting up front with Paul Woodburn and Colin Niven being joined by Andy Kent, who will look to get on the front foot at scrum time.

John Donnan stays in the second row and is likely to be joined by Andy Graham. Jack Sutherland returns this week in the back row, along with Lee Van Haron and either Jason Priss or Jack Ostin, who has been showing up well in the A team.

With Will Coles away, Lewis Sayle takes up the mantle at scrum-half with George Smith coming back into his preferred fly-half role.

Wide men Rodney Odandi and Glenn Kaighan will look to finish off moves with Luke Harrison being joined by either Chris Burns or George Hilton in the centres.

The team welcomes back Benji Platt at full back and looks set to have a full bench to back the starting XV up and give squad members a good run at the ball.

With their final selection not yet confirmed, Furness are back on the west coast as the travel to face a rampant St Benedicts side, who have been on top form as of late.

Captain Corne Els will be hopeful of a full travelling team, having only taken 13 for their last two outings away, which is no mean feat and the club should be applauded for continuing to get a squad to travel.

They will be hoping for better luck than in their 57-5 defeat at Whitehaven, where they finished with 11 men due to injuries.

The ever-present Will and Joe Mallinson will pushing the side forward with James Howden pulling the strings at fly-half.

Dave Finlayson will be feeding the backs the ball but needs the forwards to give good clean access.

Jordan Ashton, who scored their only try at Whitehaven last week, had a great game last time out, so fingers are crossed that he is available to play this week, with Iestyn Humphries and Alex Brown always on hand.

Keiran Mason and Danny Scott will have key parts to play if available with Cam McClure, Grant Adams and Chris Dalton the men in the front three looking to get the upper hand.
