A WALNEY man is due in court accused of harassing his neighbours by shouting abusive language and posting a letter through their door.
Stephen Alfred Clarke, of Ramsgate Crescent, was found guilty last September of harassment and received an eight week sentence, which has been suspended for two years. During this period, Clarke is banned from playing loud music or intimidating his neighbours.
Clarke, 47, is listed to appear at Furness Magistrates' Court on Thursday accused of breaching the criminal order on four separate occasions in July of this year.
The 47-year-old is alleged to have shouted abusive language and disturbed his neighbours by banging and shouting, and by posting an offensive letter through their door.
