FIREFIGHTERS were called to a residential street on Walney after a fence was set on fire.
Walney's on-call crew of firefighters was called to Orion Terrace at 4.51am in the early hours of this morning.
A fence had been set on fire and the crew used a hose reel jet to extinguish the blaze.
Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
