A MAN has been arrested in connection with an assault at a Dalton pub on Halloween night.
Police confirmed over the weekend that officers were investigating an assault causing actual bodily harm to the landlady of the Clarence pub in Ulverston Road, Dalton.
The incident occurred inside the pub near the pool table area.
A Cumbria police spokesman confirmed yesterday that officers were called to the scene at 10.55pm on Saturday and arrested a 29-year-old man on suspicion of ABH.
He has been bailed until November 22.
