A BARROW mum has been issued with an eight week curfew and a tag for threatening or abusive behaviour.

Sara Louise Arnold, 26, from Harrison Street, Barrow, appeared in Furness Magistrates Court yesterday and pleaded guilty to using threatening abusive behaviour towards Laura Torkington on June 14.

She previously pleaded not guilty to the charge but changed her plea.

She was issued with an eight week curfew where she has to remain in her home on Harrison Street from 7pm until 7am every day.

Arnold was also ordered to pay £60 victim surcharge, £400 to the Crown Prosecution Service and £150 to the criminal courts.
