A MAN is set to appear in court accused of getting a refund in a DIY store for items he had not bought.
Raymond Dobson, of Methuen Street, Walney, is listed to appear at Furness Magistrates' Court today charged with one count of fraud by misrepresentation.
The 33-year-old is accused of presenting goods at B&Q at Cornmill Retail Park in Barrow that were not paid for, and fraudulently obtaining a credit note to the value of £47.44. The offence is alleged to have happened on June 11 of this year.
