A TEENAGER from Barrow is due in court after being charged with a number of shoplifting offences and being found with a knife in public.
Damian Holowacz, of Ormsgill Lane, Barrow, will appear at Furness Magistrates' Court on Tuesday charged with three offences.
The 18-year-old is accused of stealing two coconut energy bars worth 78p from Tesco Extra in Barrow, stealing a bottle of Jack Daniels and some sweets worth £35,50 from Asda and being found in possession of a lock knife. All offences are alleged to have happened on Thursday July 14.
