A MAN accused of behaviour so violent he was restrained and pepper sprayed by officers inside a police station is due to appear in court.
Anthony Michael Grogan of HMP Lancaster will appear at Furness Magistrates' on Wednesday, July 26 to enter pleas to two offences.
The 25-year-old is charged with assaulting a constable in the line of duty and violent behaviour at a police station on January 13 2017.
It is alleged officers had to restrain Grogan and cut off his clothes during the incident.
The case was adjourned from July 19.
