A MAN accused of fly-tipping at a series of fishing ponds has had his case adjourned.
Trevor Stanley Dickinson, of Abbey Road, Barrow, appeared at Furness Magistrates' Court on Monday September 11 to face an allegation of depositing without licence controlled special waste in or on land.
But, as the matter must be dealt with by a District Judge, the case was adjourned until Wednesday September 13.
Dickinson is alleged to have dumped rubbish on land near Roanhead fishing ponds, north of Hawthwaite Lane, Barrow, on February 28.
