CHANGES have been made to rail services on a major Cumbrian line this morning (21) causing more misery for those using Northern Rail.
The service has announced that the 8.42 train from Carlisle to Barrow has been cancelled.
The company has also announced there will be delays of up to 15 minutes between Carlisle and Barrow because of signalling problems at St Bees
Anyone who was planning to use this train will have to find an alternative route or wait for the next train.
