Barrow Lifeboat Gala to be held indoors at Rampside Village Hall

Organisers have confirmed that Saturday's Barrow Lifeboat Gala will go ahead despite poor weather forecast this weekend.

Due to the predicted rain, the venue has been moved indoors.

Stalls will be set up in Rampside Village Hall.

The Lifeboat Station and souvenir shop will also be open.

Plans to launch the lifeboat in the afternoon are still in place.

The event runs from 11am to 3pm.
