A musical based on a beloved TV baking competition is coming to the stage.
Ulverston Amateur Operatic Society (UAOS) will perform The Great British Bake Off Musical at The Coro from October 6 to 10.
The show promises a mix of "buttercream disasters" and "piping-bag triumphs" as it brings the magic of the Bake Off tent to life on stage.
Organisers said: "Step inside the iconic Bake Off tent as a fresh batch of bakers battle buttercream disasters, piping-bag triumphs and the occasional soggy bottom.
"Friendships form, rivalries simmer and dreams rise higher than a perfectly baked loaf.
"Expect showstopping numbers, laugh-out-loud moments and enough sweetness to leave you grinning long after the final curtain.
"If you’re craving a feel-good treat, this is the theatrical bake that hits the spot."
The musical follows UAOS’ award-winning production of Come From Away.
