Katie said: "Children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) have unique strengths, and with the proper guidance, they can overcome challenges and excel in their learning journey.
"As an experienced education specialist, I’ve spent over 20 years helping children with SEN develop the skills and confidence they need to thrive academically and beyond.
"I’m passionate about empowering every learner and showing that success is achievable for all."
A former secondary school teacher and department leader, Katie's passion led her to pursue a master’s degree in education, exploring 'evidence-based approaches' to support a wide range of learners.
The commitment to inclusive learning also stems from personal experiences, being the parent of a child with ADHD and Special Educational Needs.
"I've seen first hand the challenges neurodivergent students can face," Katie explained.
"It inspired me to deepen my expertise, and to get that postgraduate qualification in ADHD and professional mastery in NLP."
