A MAN has appeared in court after he was charged with causing actual bodily harm.
Alan Falloon is alleged to have assaulted a woman in Barrow on June 27 and is also charged with possessing a Stanley knife in a public place.
The 27-year-old, of Broad Close in Barrow, appeared at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court.
His case was sent to Preston Crown Court where he is due to appear on July 26.
The defendant was bailed by the court with conditions.
