Plans have been lodged to convert a five-bedroom property in Barrow into a house of multiple occupancy (HMO).
Ravi Kiran has submitted a planning application to convert a house on Church Street in Barrow into a nine-bedroom HMO.
According to planning documents, the proposed HMO will consist of two bedrooms and a kitchen on the ground floor, three bedrooms on the first floor and four bedrooms on the second floor.
Plans submitted show all the bedrooms will have an ensuite bathroom apart from two bedrooms on the second floor which are next to a bathroom. The proposals also have a benched seating area outdoors as well as a bike storage area.
The planning application was lodged on 17 June with Westmorland and Furness Council and is currently under public consultation.
