It’s Father’s Day! We asked readers what they have planned, to let us know why their dad is the best and to share a picture.
Louise Jade Martin tagged Alistair Bilton and said: “Not my Dad through blood but my Dad through choice. Couldn't ask for a better Dad and Grandad. We love you so much Bilts!
Elaine Baxter said her dad is in heaven, and she loves and misses him loads. She said: “Love you David Charles Bilton,” and promised, “If heaven had stairs, I'd be up to hug him.”
Dave Caine tagged Martin Caine and said: “My dad is a great dad and an amazing grandad to Tommy , thanks for all you do!”
Danielle Murphy said: “Tim De-Vos was the best-est ever step dad, sadly took his own life on the 28th of May 2013, just before my mum also sadly passed.”
Sharon Bernadette Thompson gave a shout out to Ronnie Thompson and said: “My dad always makes me smile; he is the funniest person I know. And as a kid he made me and my brother the coolest go cart.”
Callum Berry tagged Andrew Berry and said: “The best dad.”
Adelaide Hammond gave a shout out to John Gill and said he’s the best because he puts up with short notice taxi rides and is an amazing grandad.
