St Mary's Hospice congratulated Jack on the success and encouraged everyone else to get behind him too.
A spokesperson from the charity said: "Everyone here at St Mary's Hospice are cheering him on from home and can't wait to see what he does next.
"Jack is no stranger to the hospice and attended our Walk to Remember event in 2019 entertaining the crowds before they set off on their walk - we hope he can join us again soon."
