A young man was 'seriously assaulted' over the Bank Holiday weekend.
Police are investigating an alleged assault that occurred at The Mill in Ulverston on Sunday.
It was reported to police shortly before 10:20pm that a man, aged in his 20s, was assaulted.
The victim suffered a serious injury as a result of the incident, said police.
An 18-year-old man from Ulverston was arrested on suspicion of assault causing grievous bodily harm. He has since been bailed pending further inquiries.
The investigation remains ongoing.
