A DRIVER has admitted causing serious injury by careless/inconsiderate driving on the A590.
Michael Wilson pleaded guilty to the offence when he appeared at South Cumbria Magistrates Court on Monday, May 13.
Wilson caused serious injury to a person by driving on the A590 at Witherslack without 'due care and attention' on June 15 2023, the court heard,
The 65-year-old, of Ashfield Avenue, Lancaster, was disqualified for a year and was also made to pay a fine of £276, with the court taking into account his guilty plea to set the total.
