A RAILWAY have announced two dates where passengers can indulge in a pie and mash while onboard a trip.
The passengers can enjoy this experience on May 17 and October 18 departing from Ravenglass and Eskdale Railway.
Visitors are invited to indulge in the foodie evening return train trip accompanied by a serving of pie and mash.
Starting at Ravenglass station, passengers will be pulled by one of their venerable diesel engines, with pie and mash served at Dalegarth station.
Drinks can be purchased on the night at Dalegarth station.
Dogs are not permitted at this event.
Recently, Ravenglass and Eskdale Steam Railway have also announced that tickets are live for their Fish and Chip supper events.
The event is an evening train ride through the scenery of Eskdale and includes the return train journey, starting at Ravenglass station a fish and chip supper with mushy peas at Dalegarth, Boot station café.
