The suicide prevention charity opened up a new branch in Barrow at the start of the year in the hope of removing the stigma around the topic.

The club shared the charity's message - that it is okay to talk - on their social media pages and dedicated a section of their matchday programme to the cause.

Holker have become the latest local sports club to share the message in an attempt to reach and influence their male fans.
