Following a £2.5 million revamp of Lodore Falls Hotel & Spa, Mizu Pan-Asian Restaurant has launched a brand new menu.

Noted for its eastern culinary prowess, the award-winning restaurant, found within the Keswick hotel, has further spiced up its offerings, while retaining much-loved classics such as Vietnamese Chicken and Beef Rendang.

Restaurant manager Flori Musca said: "The new menu represents an exciting evolution of Mizu's culinary offerings.

“Because Mizu has become such a popular restaurant for both locals and visitors and we see many loyal guests regularly return, it is important for us to mix up the menu by introducing new flavours for them to try, keeping them on their toes!”

On the menu are new sushi and and sticks, also known as Yakitori in Japan.
