A property finder has been honoured by a national magazine for "ultra-high-net-worth people."

Lake District-based Gemma Dawe, has been celebrated in the latest edition of Spear’s Magazine.

She has been included in Spear's elite list of best prime property buying agents for 2024.

Ms Dawe said: "It is amazing to be recognised as one of the recommended buying agents in the UK for 2024 in Spear’s Magazine.

"As many know I have worked incredibly hard to build a brand and reputation here in the Lake District."

Spear's 500 acts as a comprehensive guide to the experts across a range of fields, including property, wealth management, and high-end lifestyle.

The publication only recommends those who epitomise "excellence," according to Spear's.

Having spent her career in the property industry, Ms Dawe established Lake District Relocation Ltd in 2020.

She has since built a reputation for discovering unique, luxurious real estate for clients in the desirable areas of the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales.

Ms Dawe specialises in a client-exclusive service and utilises her network of contacts to procure off-market properties.

Much of her work targets premium properties priced from £1 million to £10 million.

Spear’s say that Ms Dawe's handling of her clients is indicative of her intimate knowledge of the region's property landscape.
