A popular garden centre will be reopening part of its business following a long wait since the winter.
The plant centre at Charnley's Home and Garden in Dalton was forced to close after suffering 'awful' snow damage.
The team have promised that the site will be 'better and bigger than ever' when it finally opens its doors again on April 5 at 9am.
Bosses said: "We know we’ve kept you all waiting but after some awful snow damage this winter, our plant centre is almost back.
"In true Charnley style, we’ve transformed the space to give you a fantastic shopping experience - we can't wait to welcome you in."
