THREE flats in one apartment block on Barrow Island will be auctioned with a guide price of £10,000 each.
Flats 2C (two-bed), 2F (one-bed) and 4A (two-bed) on Schooner Street are on the Auction House Cumbria website.
Flat 2C is tenanted at £425pcm, 2F is £375pcm and 4A was previously tenanted at £4,680 per annum.
All the flats are in a residential area close to BAE Systems.
The auction will be held at The Halston Hotel, Carlisle, on April 4 at noon.
