A PUB is up for sale.
The Britannia Inn, close to Barrow town centre, has been listed on the market for offers in the region of £250,000.
According to a listing by estate agents Corrie and Co, the current tenants will continue running the pub under a long term lease.
The building in Church Street is described as a 'traditional, distinctive public house', which has five bedrooms and office.
A listing for the property said: "Great commercial investment opportunity. Established and prominent location. Public House to be sold with existing Tenant in Situ. Five year lease, with rental income of £20,800 per annum. Grade II Listed building."
