A MAN is due to appear in court charged with harassment – breach of a restraining order on conviction.
Lee Taylor, of Marsh Street in Barrow, is said to have texted the complainant on February 21 this year.
Prosecutors say Taylor was prohibited from doing this by a restraining order imposed on January 25.
The 40-year-old will give an indication of plea to the charge at South Cumbria Magistrates’ Court on March 14.
