The house on Salthouse Road has a guide price of just £5,000, though the minimum opening bid is currently set at £10,000.
Bidding will open at 1pm on Monday, February 26 and is scheduled to end at 1:40pm on Tuesday, February 27.
The mid-terrace property spans three floors and comes with two reception rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a yard to go alongside the four bedrooms.
Due to the damage caused to the building, no internal access will be granted to prospective buyers.
