A BARROW man is due to appear in court charged with causing grievous bodily harm without intent.
Dean Appleton, of Broad Close, is alleged to have unlawfully and maliciously wounded / inflicted GBH on a person in Penrith on June 10 last year.
The 35-year-old is also said to have destroyed two bicycle tyres to the value of £100 belonging to the same complainant on the same day in question.
He will give an indication of plea to the two charges at South Cumbria Magistrates Court in Barrow on February 19 (Monday).
