CUMBRIA Police are urging parents not to let their children ride e-scooters without a valid driving licence and insurance.
It comes after Barrow Neighbourhood Policing Team officers seized an e-scooter from a juvenile in the town centre.
Police say the youth was wearing no helmet and had been seen riding in a ‘dangerous manner’ in the middle of Dalton Road.
The seizure comes as Barrow NPT officers continue to crackdown on youth anti-social behaviour.
