CHARGES against a man accused of carrying out burglaries have been dropped.
Craig Butterworth, then 50, of Fern Isle Close in Whitworth, Rochdale, was charged with five counts of burglary dwelling and theft and four counts of burglary with intent to steal last year.
It followed alleged burglaries in the South Lakes.
The charges have been dismissed by a court.
