A MAN is to appear in court charged with causing serious injury by careless/inconsiderate driving.
Jamie Milton, of Monks Brow in Barrow, is said to have caused serious injury to a man when driving his Vauxhall Astra between the junction of Hindpool Road and Abbey Road on July 27 2022.
The 34-year-old is accused of driving without due care or attention.
He will give an indication of plea at South Cumbria Magistrates Court on February 5.
