TWO people were seen running from the scene after an overturned vehicle was on fire on A595, according to Cumbria Police.
The force was called at 12.07am today (Thursday, February 1) to an overturned vehicle on fire on A595 Grizebeck to School Road in Kirkby in Furness.
Two people were seen running from the scene, said the police.
Westmorland and Furness Council have confirmed that the road has now reopened with no further delays expected.
