A MAN from Walney accused of five counts of rape against a minor will have his trial in Preston Crown Court in November.
44-year-old Alejandro Nigro, of Naiad Street in Walney, has already attended pre-trial hearings having had his case sent up from Barrow Magistrates on November 13 last year. His trial date is November 18 this year after he pled not guilty to the charge.
The alleged incidents the charges relate to occurred from August 2019 to December 2021.
