Take a peek at the ‘little house’ in Barrow heading to auction next month.
A property on Ferry Road in Barrow is described as a ‘maisonette’, which is French for ‘little house’.
The house was added to Rightmove on Friday January 19.
The maisonette is listed for bidding on February 6 with a guide price of £20,000.
It is listed with full vacant possession which means the sellers or tenants have moved out and removed all of their belongings, only leaving behind items that have been agreed with the buyer.
Viewing times are January 24 at 1pm, January 27 at 11am, January 30 at 1pm and February 2 at 12pm.
No booking is required, just turn up.
