Cumbria is expected to be hit by strong winds on Sunday.
The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning which will be in place from 6am until 11.59pm.
The whole of Scotland and Wales and the majority of Northern Ireland will also be impacted, with the east of England the only area not expected to be affected.
The warning comes with a reminder that the winds could result in disruption to travel and utilities across the UK.
According to the Met Office, there is a small chance of longer journey times or even cancellations, with small scale damage to buildings also possible.
Power cuts may happen as a result on Sunday, with mobile phone coverage also potentially impacted.
