THE building that was most recently used as a charity shop is available to let.
Units 16,17,18 in Portland Walk in Barrow, the former home of the British Heart Foundation, are available to rent via Corrie and Co.
The property is available by way of a lease for a number of years to be agreed.
The rent costs £28,000 per annum.
A spokesperson for Corrie and Co said: "Situated in the main thoroughfare leading through the town centre.
"The premises occupy a prime pitch in the very heart of Barrow Town Centre."
The British Heart Foundation charity shop in Barrow's Portland Walk closed on May 14 2022.
The store, which used to sell furniture and other items, was one of several stores in Portland Walk to have closed over the past years.
