Barrow is set to be transported back to the Jurassic period once again as a bigger, better Dino Day has been confirmed for 2024.

Barrow Business Improvement District brought dinosaurs to the town centre in May 2023 with the event proving very popular with all age groups.

A Barrow BID spokesperson said: "We worked with Bigfoot Events to bring dinosaurs to Barrow town centre in May 2023. They proved extremely popular and it was great to see so many families in the town centre and so many children with smiles on their faces."

Now organisers say they have a bigger and better event in 2024 - with new dinosaurs that the town has never seen before coming on May 18.
